This estimator calculates the estimated Ad Valorem taxes only. For purposes of calculation, additional exemptions, such as widow, widower, disability, etc., are not accounted for by this estimator. This estimator of taxes should be used only as a reference on the potential proposed taxes of a property sales transaction.

Instructions: You can only edit yellow fields
  1. Choose your Tax District in Column 1.
  2. Enter the Just Value and select the appropriate homestead option in Column 1 (no commas).
  3. Portability: If you had homestead exemption on a prior Florida home within the last 2 years you may be eligible to transfer the benefit of the homestead property assessment limitation known as “Save Our Homes” to your new home. To include portability, complete the yellow fields in Column 2 (no commas). If you have questions regarding this benefit, contact us at 368-8300.
